On April 11, 2010,  a beautiful Spring Sunday afternoon, the Museum's Board of Directors held a reception at the Museum
 in celebration of Director John's Hawkins' 70th birthday. Over 100 people joined the festivities: Board members, Museum volunteers,
Friends of the Museum, community leaders, and John's personal friends.
