This picture has been identified!! Thank you so much!

Joshua Miller says the picture was made in Glen Alpine (Burke County) and the young girl standing on the middle right
 as you face the picture, is his great-grandmother, Lula Smith, born about 1898
(which would place the picture's date as about 1910?).   She is the only one he knows. 
His grandfather gave him the same picture. (April 15, 2010) Saw mills were
major industry in Burke County
 during the late 19th and early 20th centuries; and the Glen Alpine
community, incorporated in 1910, originated with a saw mill.
